1. Promoter

The promoter is ArcMate Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  
• Employees of ArcMate Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  

3. Competition Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am on 1 December 2025 to 11:59pm on 15 December 2025 (AEST).

Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must:

1. Make a purchase from ArcMate.com.au during the competition period; and
   
2. Successfully complete the checkout process.

Each qualifying order = one automatic entry.

No minimum spend required. Refunds not included.

5. Prize

• 1 x E-Bike valued at $2,800 AUD.
  
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  
• If the exact model shown in promotional materials becomes unavailable, a bike of equal or higher value will be supplied.
  

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random on 16 December 2025 at ArcMate HQ in Brisbane, QLD.
  
• The draw will be conducted fairly using a randomised selection method.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
  
• The winner’s first name and state may be published on ArcMate’s website and social media channels.
  

If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will take place.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered free of charge to the winner’s Australian address.

ArcMate is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Request proof of identity, age, and residency
  
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent manner

10. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with ArcMate’s Privacy Policy.

11. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues preventing entry.
  
• If the promotion cannot run as planned (computer virus, fraud, weather, etc.), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or entrant arising from the prize or participation in the promotion.
