Whatβs covered

Damage in transit β if your item arrives broken or unusable, weβll replace it or refund you.

Loss β if the carrier marks your parcel as lost, weβll resend or refund.

Theft β if your parcel is shown as delivered but goes missing from your address, weβve got you covered.
How to claim

Email support@arcmate.com.au within 7β―days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery date for lost items).

Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a brief description of what happened.

Weβll review and respond within 2β―business days with your replacement or refund options.
Exclusions

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses supplied by the customer.

Parcels signed for by someone at the delivery address.

Cosmetic packaging damage that doesnβt affect product use.
