ArcMate Product Warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All ArcMate products are all made with high quality materials and come with a 3-year structural and material warranty.

In order to be eligible for the ArcMate warranty, our care guide and safety precautions must be followed for the duration of the 3-year term. A proof of purchase must be supplied, and the issue being reported must be in writing at time of claim.

We may request that you return the product to us for inspection.

After review, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Damage caused by excessive fire size, use of inappropriate fuels, neglect, or altering the product is not covered under warranty.
  • Surface discoloration or minor cosmetic changes (such as heat marks) are normal and not considered defects.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

ArcMate reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the product shows signs of misuse or use outside intended guidelines.

We do not cover:

  1. Accidental damage (eg. you dropped the product or had a car accident)
  2. Improper care or use (please ensure you follow our care guide and tie down recommendations)
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Damage or loss resulting from incorrect tie-downs is not covered under warranty, even if the minimum strap specification has been met. This is due to the many variables involved, including tyre sizes, the wide range of strap types available for use with the ArcPit, and individual tie-down methods. ArcMate cannot guarantee the manufacturing quality of third-party straps or the tie-down process used.
  5. *Please note - the term 'rust resistant' means naturally stainless steel is immune to rust and corrosion. However the product is likely to rust overtime due to prolonged exposure to high heat, if maintained correctly the rust will be minimal compared to other cheaper alternatives on the market, such as raw steel or checker plate steel which has been painted with a coating.

ArcMate has the right to refuse a warranty claim on the basis of malicious intent, slander of brand name, or inappropriate care of the products.
