 1. Is ArcMate the only supplier of the ArcPit?

Yes, ArcMate holds the Design Rights (No.202413447) for the design and shape of the ArcPit as a product in Australia. A Design Right protects the visual appearance of a product, gives the design right owner exclusive rights to use, license and sell the design, and prevents others from using the design without permission. ArcMate regularly monitors the commercial market for copycat designs, and would greatly appreciate it if you contact us if you come across a copycat design. 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and AfterPay.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

4. How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item, please contact us at sales@arcmate.com.au Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and they must be in their original condition and packaging. For more information please visit our refund policy.

5. What is your shipping policy?

We offer FREE standard shipping to METRO areas throughout Australia. Express shipping is an ADDITIONAL cost. Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. If you request your order to be left 'unattended', neither ArcMate or their appointed courier, accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods.  

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to cancel it. However, if you require to change your address please contact our customer service team within 12hrs of placing an order. 

7. Do you ship the ArcPit internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not current ship internationally.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

9. How can I contact customer service?

10. Do you offer gift cards?
