By adding Shipping Protection to your order at checkout, you get peace of mind from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse until it’s in your hands.

What’s covered
– if your item arrives broken or unusable, we’ll replace it or refund you.
– if the carrier marks your parcel as lost, we’ll resend or refund.
– if your parcel is shown as delivered but goes missing from your address, we’ve got you covered.

How to claim
support@arcmate.com.au within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery date for lost items).

Exclusions

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses supplied by the customer
- Parcels signed for by someone at the delivery address.
- Cosmetic packaging damage that doesn’t affect product use.

Cost
AUD $9.99 per order, added at checkout. Non‑refundable once the order ships.
