ArcMate Warranty
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The ArcPit, ArcPlate, Arcoal Grate, ArcGrill and ArcMate Rotisserie Brackets are all made with high quality food grade stainless steel and come with a 3-year structural and material warranty.
In order to be eligible for the ArcMate warranty, our care guide and safety precautions must be followed for the duration of the 3-year term. A proof of purchase must be supplied, and the issue being reported must be in writing at time of claim.
ArcMate has the right to refuse a warranty claim on the basis of malicious intent, slander of brand name, or inappropriate care of the products.
We do not cover:
- Accidental damage (eg. you dropped the product or had a car accident)
- Improper care or use (please ensure you follow our care guide and tie down recommendations)
- Normal wear and tear
- *Please note - the term 'rust resistant' means naturally stainless steel is immune to rust and corrosion. However the product is likely to rust overtime due to prolonged exposure to high heat, if maintained correctly the rust will be minimal compared to other cheaper alternatives on the market, such as raw steel or checker plate steel which has been painted with a coating.
