ArcMate Easter Competition T&C's

1. Promoter

The promoter is ArcMate Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  
• Employees of ArcMate Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  
• Orders must be placed on the ArcMate website 'www.arcmate.com.au' to be eligible. 
• Any order placed outside of the ArcMate website (stockist or retailer) is not eligible to enter the competition. 

3. Competition Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am on 1st March 2026 to 11:59pm on 25th March 2026 (AEST).

Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must:

1. Make a purchase from ArcMate.com.au during the competition period; and
   
2. Successfully complete the checkout process.

Each qualifying order = one automatic entry.

No minimum spend required. Refunds not included.

5. Prize

• 4x separate prizes will be given away during the promotional period.
  
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be notified when they receive their order from ArcMate.
• Inside the winners order will be 1x GOLDEN EGG, and inside the EGG will be their prize.
• The draw will be conducted fairly using a randomised selection method.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified when they recieve their order from ArcMate, either via courier, or in person.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will take place.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered in accordance with the customers order.

ArcMate is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Request proof of identity, age, and residency
  
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent manner

10. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with ArcMate’s Privacy Policy.

11. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues preventing entry.
  
• If the promotion cannot run as planned (computer virus, fraud, weather, etc.), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or entrant arising from the prize or participation in the promotion.

12. Definitions

Stockist or retailer - a store which sells ArcMate gear, under a different business or trading name.
