How long will my roast take?
As a rule of thumb, aim for 25–30 minutes per 500 g of meat when your coals are glowing. You should use 1kg of charcoal per 1kg of meat to ensure you keep a consistant heat while roasting. We recommend using a food thermometer to check the interal temperature of your meat.

The ArcMate Rotisserie battery pack will last for 8-10hrs. However, this time can vary and depends on the quality of D batteries used. We recommend using high quality batteries to get the most amount of time out of your battery pack.
