Food Grade Stainless Steel Cooking: The ArcPlate is designed to fit perfectly over the ArcPit, featuring a built-in fat dripper that effectively channels cooking fats and oils away from food and flames. This innovative design helps prevent flare-ups, reduces smoke, and makes post-cooking clean-up a breeze.
Secure Fit and Temperature Control: The underside of the ArcPlate is equipped with a dedicated guide that ensures a secure fit onto the ArcPit. This feature gives you the flexibility to slide the position for temperature control as needed, ensuring optimal cooking results.
Toxin Free: The ArcPlate is made from high quality 3mm food grade stainless steel. The high quality food safe cooking materials will not release any negative toxins into your food. This ensures your food’s flavour remains pure and unaltered.
Easy to Clean: Say goodbye to messy clean-ups and coatings that peel away! The ArcPlate has a smooth, non-porous surface that doesn't trap food or bacteria. It's resistant to stains and scratches and can withstand high temperatures making it an ideal surface for flame grilled BBQ cooking. Dishwasher safe.
